With a background in organizational information systems administration and user experience (UX), his research interests focus on developing and evaluating interventions aimed at improving access to and use of information technology by people with disabilities. He uses quantitative and qualitative methods to evaluate inclusive information systems and assistive technologies that facilitate access to digital technologies. His research program is interdisciplinary and relies on collaboration between clinical practitioners and organizational managers, with the goal of improving practices in digital rehabilitation and digital inclusion.
