To adapt to health measures related to the COVID-19 pandemic, some community organizations that support seniors and their loved ones have moved some of their services to online platforms. This has created significant barriers for many seniors and their caregivers.

But what do we really know about their experiences, their needs, and the possible levers for improving access to online community services and resources?

To answer these questions, we conducted a research project in partnership with the Quebec Federation of Alzheimer Societies (FQSA) and its twenty regional Alzheimer societies, as well as the Quebec Association for the Defense of the Rights of Retired and Pre-retired Persons in the Quebec City Region.

Objective: To better understand the challenges encountered and propose concrete solutions to promote access to online services.

To learn more about this project and view the tools we co-developed, visit the project page on the PSVI team's website.
