Summary of the initiative
The mission of this structuring project is to increase the volume and innovation of research in the field of immersive technologies in rehabilitation by optimizing the synergy generating ideas, as well as a more efficient sharing of material and human resources. The activities of this group of researchers are focused on research and development in immersive technology through a strategic watch of technologies and literature, the organization of conferences and exchange days and the financing of pilot projects. This group is also the source of larger grant applications to expand its activities.
The objectives of the project:
- Encourage collaboration and exchange to push the creation of new ideas;
- Assist in the training, recruitment and retention of highly qualified personnel;
- Empower communication and knowledge transfer between members and different stakeholders.
