Community and partnership research is gaining in importance and transforming the way we approach societal issues. This inclusive approach places communities at the heart of research to better respond to complex and varied issues. But where do we start? What are the best practices for effectively integrating partners into research and developing solutions that are truly adapted to community needs?
Maëlle Corcuff, a doctoral candidate in rehabilitation sciences at Université Laval and affiliated with Cirris, has been interested in participatory and partnership-based research approaches since 2016, and explores the concrete impacts of this approach. In this dynamic workshop, Maëlle will share her enriching learnings from a summer school offered by Community-Based Research Canada. Come and discover how you can apply the principles and steps of partnership research to create more inclusive, collaborative and truly population-based research projects.
Get ready to explore innovative strategies that put the community at the center of solutions!
Open to all. Registration required.
