Keven Lee, PhD
Assistant Professor, School of Rehabilitation Sciences, Laval University /

Postdoctoral Researcher at the School of Public Health, Université de Montréal
The (Poetics) of the Body – Relationality, Movement, and Potentiality
Taking as its starting point the question “What becomes of the body in health research and practice?”, this presentation will explore the potential of refocusing on the unique experience of the relational body to better understand ethical issues and health inequities. From dance to public health, from youth to old age, how can we mobilize multimodal, interdisciplinary, and intersectoral approaches to better support occupational participation for all.

Monica Lavoie, PhD

Research Coordinator for the Research Chair in Primary Progressive Aphasia
Ms. Lavoie will join the School of Rehabilitation Sciences at Laval University as an assistant professor in the master’s program in speech-language pathology, effective May 1. During this conference, she will present the research agenda she plans to develop at Cirris, which aims to improve care for people living with neurocognitive language disorders, and will also present the results of several research projects.
