Regular Researcher, CIRRIS
Adjunct Professor at the kinesiology department, Laval University, Quebec
Research theme:
Motor function, sense and perception
Research goal:
Evaluation and Analysis
Development and validation
Understanding of the mechanisms, phenomena and needs

Academic background

  • Postdoctoral formation in 3D motion analysis (Geneva University Hospitals, Geneva University, Switzerland, 2008-2013).
  • Ph.D., Biomedical engineering (Montreal University, 2008).
  • M.Sc. (Masters Degree), Biomedical engineering (Montreal University, 2003).
  • Diploma in Posture and Mobility (Montreal University, 2006).
  • Bacc in Human Kinetics (Ottawa University, 2000).

Research interests

  • Understanding motor deficits with the aim to improve the quality of life in individuals with musculoskeletal troubles.
  • Improving follow-up index (biomechanical, clinical, functional) in order to improve the maganement of individuals with musculoskeletal troubles.
  • Evaluation and 3D analysis of the musculoskeletal system (gait, posture, functional tasks)
  • Evaluation and follow-up of individuals after lower limb surgery
  • Effect of treatment on functional mobility
